Australia:
POD CO. offers flat rate shipping for all Australian orders. Shipping costs are listed below:
- Orders below $49: $9.99 standard shipping
- Orders between $49 and $89: $4.99 standard shipping
- Orders above $89: Free standard shipping
Express shipping upgrades are available at checkout for $5 and orders over $200 will receive free express shipping.
All orders are shipped via the Australia Post delivery network. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Tracking numbers are supplied for each order via email.

Order before 10am AEST and select Priority Express Shipping or Priority Express Upgrade for guaranteed same day dispatch. Next business day delivery is dependent on your shipping location - using Auspost Express shipping it is expected that all VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, ACT & TAS Metro orders will arrive next business day however WA & NT Metro orders may require an additional business day. Please allow an additional business day for remote and regional areas. All express orders are shipped via Australia Post, any delays on the part of Australia Post are unfortunately out of our control and therefor this is not a guaranteed service.
Please double check your shipping address after your order has been placed and contact us immediately if there has been a mistake as we unfortunately cannot take responsibility if an incorrect shipping address is supplied. If an item is returned to sender either due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to collect from your Post Office, we will issue you a store credit less a $20 return to sender fee.
Delivery is dependent on dispatch date and the estimated delivery time (as below).

New Zealand:
$15 NZD flat rate shipping for orders under $110 NZD. Free shipping on all orders over $110 NZD. All orders are shipping via International Standard Pack & Track.
In the event that one or more items are unavailable for dispatch, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time for your complete order.
Cancellations
Provided your order has not already been shipped, we are happy cancel any order if requested. In the event of an order cancellation, we will retain a small charge reversal fee from the original purchase amount. Unfortunately once an order has been shipped we cannot cancel the order and you will need to follow the returns process detailed below.
Returns Policy
Love it or your money back
We know trying something new is risky, so we want to make it easy for you. If you order from us, we're more than happy for you to try our pods and if you don't like them, we'll give you your money back.
There are just a few small conditions to qualify for our money back offer - only one pack per order can be opened, if you've ordered more than one pack or one of our bundles, don't rip them all open - just try one and if you're not happy, let us know. Unfortunately if more than one pack per order is opened, this will void our money back offer. Remaining unopened packs will still be valid for refund. All claims must be made within 30 days of placing your order. Our love it or your money back offer applies to one order per customer.
That's it - if you don't like them after trying them, reach out to us at hello@podco.com.au, we'll send you a return label and all you need to do is pack them up, make sure the rest of the packs are in 'as new' condition and send them back to us for a full refund. Any additional shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

At POD CO, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. In the event that you believe the items to be damaged or faulty or if you would like to return an item, please contact us here or you can send an email to hello@podco.com.au and one of our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
*Free returns do not apply to purchases for incompatible machines or change of mind. Returns are still accepted for incompatible machines and change of mind however return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
