Shipping & Returns
POD CO. offers $7 standard shipping within Australia for orders below $50. All orders over $50 will receive free standard shipping.
All orders are shipped via the Australia Post delivery network. Tracking numbers will be supplied for each order via email.
Please double check your shipping address after your order has been placed and contact us immediately if there has been a mistake as we unfortunately cannot take responsibility if an incorrect shipping address is supplied. If an item is returned to sender either due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to collect from your Post Office, we will refund your order less a $20 return to sender fee.
Delivery is dependent on dispatch date and the estimated delivery time (as below).

$10 flat rate shipping for orders up to 2kg via Economy Air (no tracking). Standard shipping (inc. tracking) option also available, prices calculated at checkout depending on total order weight up to 5kg.
In the event that one or more items are unavailable for dispatch, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time for your complete order.
Provided your order has not already been shipped, we are happy cancel any order if requested. In the event of an order cancellation, we will retain a small charge reversal fee from the original purchase amount. Unfortunately once an order has been shipped we cannot cancel the order and you will need to follow the returns process detailed below.
If you don't love our coffee as much as we do or if you have any issues, send it back for free* and we'll happily refund any unopened packs in your order.
Any return request must be made within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately any additional shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
Returned products need to be unopened and in 'as new' condition in order to be eligible for refund.

*Free returns do not apply to purchases for incompatible machines or change of mind. Returns for are still accepted for incompatible machines and change of mind however return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
